Cancellation policy:
In case you cannot attend the reserved appointment, you must inform us at least 12 hours prior to the reserved appointment. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment value.
Arrival:
We kindly ask you to come in our wellness centre 10 minutes prior to your appointment. In case you are late, the treatment will not be carried out in full.
In consideration of our guests, we kindly ask that cell phones are turned off or switched on silent mode.
Medical condition:
When you book your appointment, please inform the receptionist about any health problems you might have, which might influence the selection or carrying out of your chosen treatment.
Gift certificates:
You can purchase gift certificates for your dearest, friends, business partners and colleagues.
Loyalty card:
Vita Wellness Centre and Beauty Centre loyal customers can receive the loyalty card which will bring them certain benefits.
Benefits for hotel guests:
Free swimming at the Aqua Larix Park, Kompas Relaxation Centre pool, and the Špik World of Water.
Cosmetics products for further care:
You can also purchase products that we use in our centres and thus prolong the effects of body and facial treatments.
